PHILADELPHIA

A LITTLE MORE OF MY STORY

China shaped me.
Philly welcomed me.
Wayne is home.

I grew up in China and found a new home in Philadelphia. Life has taken me between the city and the Main Line. Today, Wayne is home to me and my family.

I know that moving is about more than an address. It’s finding your bearings, building your routines, and beginning to feel that you belong.

LISTEN FIRST

Your life sets the brief.

Your everyday routines, your priorities, and what you want to feel different.

SPEAK CANDIDLY

Clarity over pressure.

The possibilities and the trade-offs, explained clearly. The decision is yours.

STAY INVOLVED

The details matter.

A practical plan, a clear next step, and someone to turn to along the way.

TWO WORLDS. A PLACE THAT FEELS LIKE YOU.

City soul.
Main Line heart.

SERENA, OFF THE CLOCK

Saturdays
with Serena.

Come for the local story. Stay for the possibilities.

A garden with a story. A street worth a second look. A delicious reason to take the long way home. Let’s make a little more of the weekend.

WAYNE · GARDEN AFTERNOONS

The gardeners made that, too?

At Chanticleer, the flowers are only half the story. Follow the path, pause at a bench, and look a little closer. Someone here made that with their own hands.

The little story behind it

The gardeners make more than gardens: Chanticleer’s staff craft benches, gates, and other details, too.

ONE MORE LOCAL SECRETWait. This house moved continents?

Japan. New York. Philadelphia. Shofuso’s journey is as remarkable as its garden. Built in Nagoya for a Museum of Modern Art exhibition, the house was later reassembled in West Fairmount Park.

A little worth knowing: Plan around timed admission, bring socks for the house, and review the venue’s accessibility guidance before visiting.

Make a Saturday of it.

A few ideas for your outing. Check the venue’s visitor details before you go.

  1. Start with curiosity

Pick a path on the garden map. Leave room for an unexpected turn.

  2. Look beyond the flowers

Find a crafted detail: a gate, a bench, a plant-list box. Look twice.

  3. Bring the feeling home

Save an idea for your own outdoor space, then explore a little more of Wayne.

A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING
